Verified businesses only

SOLVER is designed to publish and connect customers with businesses that have been submitted for verification. A verified badge means SOLVER has completed its platform review. It does not replace your own checks, inspection or judgement.

Use SOLVER to stay protected

SOLVER brings the buyer to the seller’s public business presence. Ask questions through SOLVER chat, confirm the business details, meet in a safe public place when appropriate, and keep your conversation and receipts.

Never pay outside SOLVER

Do not send money, deposits, passwords, PINs or verification codes outside SOLVER. Use only the supported SOLVER Paystack payment flow. If anyone asks you to pay by personal transfer, cash deposit, gift card, crypto, an unrelated link or another account, stop and contact SOLVER first at solvernw@gmail.com.

Independent sellers

Any business, offer or transaction completed outside SOLVER is at the customer’s and seller’s own risk. SOLVER is a marketplace technology and does not guarantee an off-platform transaction, product, service, delivery, refund or representation made outside the platform.

Support and chat

Use the normal listing chat for customer-to-poster questions. Use SOLVER Live Chat or email for safety, payment, verification and platform support. Only SOLVER administrators can issue official SOLVER support replies or confirm a platform payment concern.
